Dear valued clients,

For the safety of our clients and employees, preventive measures have been put in place to reduce the risk of contagion from the Coronavirus (Covid-19). We ask for your collaboration and patience with the new temporary protocols and procedures put in place during this special time. 

Please note that only one person per animal is allowed to enter the hospital and you will not be able to attend the consultation.

Wearing a mask is mandatory inside the hospital.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. We only accept card payments (debit and credit).

You have symptoms Covid-19

If you have symptoms such as, fever, coughing, difficulty breathing. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or are over 70, it is important to mandate a third party such as a friend or family member to consult with your pet on your behalf.

Prescription renewal

We kindly ask you to call 24 hours in advance to have the medication prepared.

Animal food

We kindly ask you to call prior to insure we have the product(s) in stock.

In addition, we may be required to limit quantities to one product per customer to satisfy the high demand. Our staff will continue to greet you at the reception but no circulation will be permitted in the hospital.
